Project Overview: Veteran Affairs Hospital – CSR #9 Building Renovation

As part of a broader campus modernization effort, Shuck Corporation played a key role in the transformation of CSR #9, a lightly used building on the Veteran Affairs Hospital campus, into a functional and modern office facility.
The project required extensive custom design and structural modifications. Shuck Corporation’s primary focus was the modification and expansion of the building’s roof, including raising a portion of the structure and seamlessly integrating it with the existing roofline. Additional scopes included the construction of new interior and exterior stairwells, site concrete, and structural carpentry.
